ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH has received the award Bavaria’s Best 50, making it one of the fastest growing mid-sized companies in Bavaria.
On 29 July 2014, the award ceremony took place in the Kaisersaal of the Münchner Residenz. Bavaria’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology Ilse Aigner presented the 50 best companies in person a certificate and a Bavarian porcelain lion.
With the award Bavaria’s Best 50 the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, Transport and Technology honors every year 50 medium-sized Bavarian company, which increased the number of its employees, its sales and earnings above-average over the past five years. The winners were chosen from Baker Tilly Roelfs AG as an independent juror in accordance with objective criteria.
In recent years, the ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH managed sustainably increase sales, number of employees and earnings. This was possible by a consistent concentrating on the premium segment of automation technology. ViscoTec invests much in the development of new components and processes. Also an active strategic product management is operated, which explores ways how ViscoTec can participate in future megatrends. A significant influence on the growth was and is the global structure of the technical sales and service network with subsidiaries in USA, Singapore and China.
Only if the ViscoTec employees manage to represent the benefit of products in need of explanation to the international customers, they will buy. Therefore ViscoTec is also constantly on the lookout for skilled technicians and engineers.
