Don’t leave the quality of your products to chance; particularly the conveying of high-viscosity, shear-sensitive and abrasive media demands a high degree of experience and technical know-how. The ViscoTec Container Emptying / Barrel Emptying Systems operate with the same pumping technology as the ViscoTec Dispensers. Here, too, gentle product handling and accuracy are as equally important as reliability and flexibility. Product is transferred directly from the original container and its viscosity is taken into account to ensure an optimal solution every time.

ViscoMT-D Can Emptying System
The ViscoMT-D can emptying system provides an optimal solution for the clean and effective emptying of small containers and cans using a conveying pump and adapted follower plate. Self-priming action ensures that the follower plate exerts no pressure on the product, but practically drwas itself down towards the bottom of the container. This pressureless method guarantees that no medium is pressed past rim of the follower plate.
- Container sizes from approx. 500ml to 5 l
- Viscosities of approx. 20.000 to 1.000.000 mPas
- Maximum emptying capacity: 130 ml/min.
- Excellent emptying results: <1% residue

The complete system consists of a pneumatic lifting device, a conveying pump and follower plate (See ViscoMT-D for function).
- Container sizes from approx. 5 l to 50 l
- Viscosities of approx. 20.000 to 2.000.000 mPas
- Maximum emptying capacity: 450 ml/min.
- Very low pressure load on medium
- Excellent emptying results: <1% residue
