Do you have a low or high-viscosity product to be processed that contains solids or is temperature-sensitive, abrasive, shear-sensitive, sticky or aggressive? Our Dosing Pumps and Dosing Dispensers are designed specially for product properties such as these.

Our core product is the Volumetric Conveying Pump / Dosing Pump which converts a rotary move­ment into a constant speed-proportional dosing flow. It has the additional feature of reverse flow for a clean product stop.

ViscoTec Dosing Pumps and Dosing Dispensers are integrated into different solutions. A Barrel Emptying System, for example, can consist of a dosing pump that removes medium from its original container and then feeds it to the dispenser which applies the medium to its respective surface.

Positive Displacement Pumps

As ViscoTec Technology indicates, ViscoTec Dosing Pumps, or Viscose Pumps, are rotating Positive Displacement Pumps that convey the product from the suction side to the discharge side, building up a differential pressure in the process.

Piston Pumps

Dosing Pumps

Dosing Pumps are another form of rotating Positive Displacement Pumps operating on the
"Endless-Piston-Principle” of conveying the product from the suction side to the discharge side; producing a constant dosing volume.

Metering Pumps

Similar to applications using Dosing Pumps, or Progressive Cavity Pumps, Metering Pumps use continuous pressure to flow material at a precise speed which can be easily set or controlled, and eliminates dripping.

Abrasives Handling Pumps
